Refund and Cancellation Policy

Our focus is complete boarder satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, boarder have the liberty to cancel their booking and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:


Refund Policy

- Please choose carefully as you are not entitled to a refund if you simply change your mind.
- You may be asked for proof of payment at the time of refund.
- Refund will be entertained only when the paid amount is more than the payable amount.


Cancellation Policy

- To vacate/cancel staying at hostel one can login to portal and then go to Vacancy Request menu and submit a request. Our office will check and proceed accordingly to approve his/her request and refund any amount if liable to receive.
